Forging (Outsourced, Managed & Controlled)

Forging operations are executed through qualified and approved external partners under our management.
Our role includes:

Selection of forging suppliers based on technical suitability
Definition of forging specifications and acceptance criteria
Coordination of forging, inspection, and downstream machining
Validation, traceability, and documentation control

Although forging is outsourced, program ownership and compliance responsibility remain with Tesseract.

Casting & Investment Casting (Outsourced, Managed & Controlled)

Casting and investment casting processes are carried out through specialized external foundries.
Our scope includes:

Supplier qualification and technical alignment
Design and process input for castability
Coordination of casting, heat treatment, and finishing
Machining, inspection, and validation under one program
End-to-end traceability from raw material to finished component

These processes are managed as part of an integrated manufacturing route, not as standalone purchases.

Where required, we deliver sub-assemblies and complete assemblies as part of the program scope.
